Oruç Yurdaer studied Architecture at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in İstanbul and then continued with İstanbul Technical University’s Real Estate Development Program. With over two decades of professional experience, he has been leading our team since its formation. Oruç relishes experiencing the diversity of contexts and geographies in which our projects are carried out.”

Erol is our coordinator, bringing over thirty years of diverse experience in the construction industry. His meticulous attention to detail and expertise in documentation are integral to our project workflows. Erol has great enthusiasm for basketball and enjoys spending time with his family.

Burcu holds a degree in Interior Architecture from Kültür University and has been with us since 2014. She primarily manages technical office tasks and oversees project execution. Burcu is passionate about traveling and exploring diverse culinary traditions

Elif graduated with a degree in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design from Gedik University and has been a member of our team since 2023. She is responsible for the design and 3D visualizations of our projects. Elif has a particular interest in experimenting with various material and texture combinations.

Kadir joined our team in 2023, with nearly 20 years of managerial experience in multinational companies. He is responsible for coordinating Sors LLC’s Los Angeles-based projects. Kadir is an avid jogger and a dedicated Fenerbahçe supporter.

Serpil, who has over ten years of experience in accounting and continues to enhance her knowledge in the Open Education Faculty’s Accounting and Tax Applications Department, joined our team in 2023. She is an eager traveler and book lover.”

Engin, a graduate of Kartal Industrial Vocational High School, has been with the team since 2016, where he is responsible for site organization and operations. He has a strong appreciation for graffiti art and street music,
